Refund policy

**If you email us and have not heard from us in 48 hours. There may be an issue preventing us from receiving your correspondence. Please inbox us on one of our social media accounts; Facebook @NichtBoutique and IG @NichtBoutique and someone will address you promptly. Thank you!**

Nicht Boutique takes pleasure in making sure our customers have a satisfying shopping experience! Hopefully, you love everything you have purchased, but if something does not work out, we will gladly accept your return for an Exchange or Store Credit.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility Requirements

Items must be returned within 7 days after the date the order was received. Items must be returned unworn and unwashed in addition to being smoke, deodorant, make up and damage free. Original tags (if applicable) must be attached and intact. Items must be returned in original packaging. Shoes must be shipped back in their original shoe box (The Shoe box needs to be placed in another box or mailer package to avoid damage from shipping). Final Sale items will not be accepted for returns

Final Sale items are the following:

- Intimates, girdles, jewelry, and bags or purses

- Any items that are marked down

Please Note: Items will be shown as Final Sale when they are put in your cart and will also show up as Final Sale on the receipt included with your order

Return for Exchange/ Store Credit

Returns can be an Exchange or Store Credit. Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility unless it is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item etc...). Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt and you will be notified by email when we process your return. Returns that do not meet our eligibility requirements are subject to a restocking fee (could range from $12 to $100 depending on the original price of the item).

Mailing A Return

Please ensure your items are securely packaged. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during their return to our warehouse. Please provide the original receipt in the package. Send Returns to the following Address:
